All orders will be Packed and shipped-out within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment being received and cleared by PayPal.

We ship Monday - Friday. Please allow 4 to 28 business days for your delectable items to arrive due to unforseen complications/processing times that are beyond our control (ie. Your local border/customs office, bad weather conditions, etc.). Order are shipped from Ontario Canada.
You will reaceived an automated email, direct from PayPal when your packing slip is produced.

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Standard Delivery. Shipping within Canada has a charge of $10.00 + Applicable taxes. If your order value is $50 or greater (after promotions but, before taxes and shipping) the order ships FREE. During promotions and discounts FREE SHIPPING MAY NOT APPLY. If orders have less than a $50 value, PINK Espresso reserves the right to add a shipping charge of $10.00 (CND) + Applicable taxes.

If you have a preference for shipping companies, please let us know and we will look into it. Note that a sur-charge may apply in some cases.

For greater secrity and better service, PINK Espresso does not ship to P.O. Boxes as all our packages will require a signature upon receipt.

Unless otherwise advertised or on promotion, orders will be subject to shipping fees plus applicable taxes.

International Shipping (International Buyers - Please Note)

International orders are subject to most of the same policies of Canadian orders but, international customers should note the following:

We do ship internationally. Please request a shipping quote if it is not included in the listing. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour. All orders will be Packed and shipped-out within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment being received and cleared by PayPal. We ship Monday - Friday. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods or bad weather conditions. We ship to the address in your PayPal account. This does allow you to pay either by credit card and other methods. If paying by PayPal e-check, be advised that these take 3-7 business days to clear (7-10 business days if international). We will ship after receiving confirmation from PayPal of cleared payment. Returns For hygienic reasons, international returns/exchanges are not accepted.

Payment
Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice due to the possibility of a limited supply on some products and to make sure your order is processed, shipped and delivered to your front door as quick as possible.

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure server and this service is accessable with or without a PayPal account. Pink Espresso is not affiliated with PayPal so payment processing times may be greated than two business days. Note: Residents of Canada will be charged taxes based on the province.

Upon receiving your order, Pink Espresso will issue you a PayPal invoice to your email (address provided during check-out) - with PayPal, you will have the options to pay with your credit card or PayPal account.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
If there is a problem with your order or if items were damaged through shipping please email info@PinkEspresso.com with detailed information on the problem within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our very best to respond A.S.A.P!

Approved returns will be refunded as "Money Back" or "Store Credit".
Return shipping will be paid by the buyer and is non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges will be issued only with the following conditions: 1. All claims for damaged or defective goods must be E-mail us and return within SEVEN (7) days of the date of receipt in original condition with original packing for an exchange or a refund. 2. No price ticket or other marking anywhere on the product will be accepted. 3. Other credits only applied on merchandise returned in original condition. 4. Shipping and Handling (S&H) non-refundable. 5. Customer returns are the responsibility of the retailer. 6. Sometimes due to our limited supply, we do not offer exchanges. 7. All refunds should normally be received within one week once we receive the returned package.

Pierced earrings are a final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Should you wish to cancel your order, a written request (in email form) must be made before you complete payment on your order.

Should PINK Espresso send you an email or inquiry with regards to your order for any reasons, before payment is made, and you do not reply within 5 business days, PINK Espresso reserves the right to cancel your order. A notice will be sent to the email address provided by you, with your order.

PINK Espresso eGiftCards /Vouchers CAN be combined with other offers, including Sale Items and other promotions at the time.
