Q: How long does it take to ship the order after I pay for it?
A: All items ship within 1-2 business days after the payment is completed and cleared. We only ship to the address shown in PayPal. Please make sure your address is correct
before making payment.
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes, our Wholesalers/Retailers can combine any pieces of jewellery from our Wholesale-Section. Please visit our wholesale page or contact us for further information.

A: We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure server and this service is accessible with or without a PayPal account. Pink Espresso is not affiliated with PayPal so payment processing
times may be 1~3 business days. Note: Residents of Canada will be charged taxes based on the province.
Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice due to the possibility of a limited supply on some products and to make sure your order is processed, shipped
and delivered to your front door as quick as possible.
Upon receiving your order, Pink Espresso will issue you a PayPal invoice to your email (address provided during check-out) - with PayPal, you will have the options to pay with your credit card or PayPal account.
Q: What’s your Return, Exchange and Cancellation policies?
A: RETURNS ACCEPTED - Your satisfaction is our priority. Our Return Policy is within 7 days arrival to you – if our product does not satisfy you or does not work out for you – please Let Us Know. Approved returns will be refunded as "Money Back" or "Store Credit".
Item was purchased direct from PinkEspresso.com (we do not issue refunds for product purchased at any of our retail partners, for these items you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return policy.)
To expedite your return:
- Item was purchased within the last 7 days.
- Item is in original packaging.
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
DO NOT mail back your order without approval from PINK Espresso.
- Send us an Email to Info@PinkEspresso.com with your order number and reason for return.
- An RA# (Return authorization) number will be e-mailed to you as well as the detailed return instruction.
- Ship the item back to PINK Espresso in its original packaging, with receipt.
- Mark the outer carton with the RA# provided.
- Send it to the address we provide to you.
If there is a problem with your order or if items were damaged through shipping please send an email to info@PinkEspresso.com with detailed information on the problem within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our very best to respond A.S.A.P!
Returns and Exchanges will be issued only with the following conditions: 1. All claims for damaged or defective goods must be E-mail us and return within SEVEN (7) days of the date of receipt in original condition with original packing for an exchange or a
refund. 2. No price ticket or other marking anywhere on the product will be accepted. 3. Other credits only applied on merchandise returned in original condition. 4. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable and Return shipping will be paid by the buyer and is
non-refundable. 5. Customer returns are the responsibility of the retailer. 6. Sometimes due to our limited supply, we do not offer exchanges. 7. All refunds should normally be received within one week once we receive the returned package.

Should PINK Espresso send you an email or inquiry with regards to your order for any reasons, before payment is made, and you do not reply within 5 business days, PINK Espresso reserves the right to cancel your order. A notice will be sent to the email address provided by you, with your order.
All our gold plating is a method of depositing a layer of gold /white gold onto the surface of semiprecious metal. Most of our jewellery are stamped “18KGP” – 18K Gold Plated
– with Extra 18K White Gold or Yellow Gold Coating to Increase Sparkling and Tarnish Resistance so Not easy to tarnish. We also have Silver plated pieces available in our store. Most of our
pieces are Nickel free, please do choose our 925 Sterling Silver pieces and Stainless Steel collection if Allergic is a concern for you.
How to take care and clean gold plated jewellery?
Keep gold plated jewellery away from hard surfaces. Bumps and scratches can cause the gold/white gold layer to wear away faster. Store your jewellery in a velvet lined jewellery box or wrap it in a soft
material that will prevent scratches. Keep gold plated jewellery and all types of jewellery away from harsh chemicals. Hot tubs and swimming pools are not recommended.
Cubic Zirconia / CZ (Diamond Stimulated)
Cubic Zirconia is the cubic crystalline form of zirconium dioxide (zrO2). Cubic Zirconia is so optically close to Diamonds, that only a trained-eye can differentiate the two.
How to take care and clean Cubic Zirconia / CZ?
Keep your cubic zirconia sparkling and shiny – so you can enjoy them for years to come. Like diamonds, the precious cubic zirconia(CZ), needs to be cleaned to maintain their original brilliance and luster. *Use a soft cotton or flannel cloth
to wipe the surface of your Cubic Zirconia.
